Technology Workgroup-Our Story

Dee Mock has worked with business technology for nearly a decade. Her earliest experiences came with point of sale software and business applications. She later worked extensively with Lotus and eventually Microsoft Office Suite. Dee is an accomplished trainer for desktop applications and proficient as a desktop support agent. Her continued volunteer efforts let her employ her extensive knowledge of desktop publishing to create a wide variety of printed and web based materials. This familiarity made a natural fit for the latest Microsoft web authoring tools. Dee has become well versed with scripting languages and web design. Using basic HTML and Cascading Style Sheet layout, she has built several well formed and easily searchable web site. Dee serves as Chief Designer and trainer for Technology Workgroup.

Michael Mock grew up in a day when there were no real personal computers. Business class workstations, thin clients, and that familiar black screen and white text were the high tech of the day. Windows and Apple were just beginning to get their feet wet in the personal computing market. Michael was that guy who could fix your computer. In 1999, he returned to the technology field working in customer support and training. In time he became a field engineer. He achieved his Microsoft Certified Professional in Windows XP Pro, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and finally his Microsoft Certified Systems Engineering for Windows Server 2003 certifications all in 2006. He currently is employed by Tusco Display as their network administrator. He serves as integrator and designer assisting Dee.
